Private 3 level townhome with its own roof deck in a lovely neighborhood close to downtown and UofM athletics.

The Space:
All new modern furnishings. Lower level living area with living room room and 3 bedrooms (one with private bathroom, 2 share a large bathroom). Main level kitchen/dining area and powder room. Large private rooftop deck. Access to complete tech advanced coworking facilities just across the street at the beautiful new Venue by 4M or enjoy our onsite coworking area with a small conference room.
Cleaning service available for weekly and monthly stay (fee is $175). For stays of 4 weeks duration or longer, a mid stay cleaning is required ($175 fee added at confirmation) and will be arranged at your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is nestled right in the lovely Lower Burns Park neighborhood. We are within walking distance to Michigan Stadium, the Crisler Center, and the U of M Golf Course. For some quick groceries, there is a Produce Station a few blocks away. Venue by 4M, new restaurant and bar, is an easy walk right down the street. Venue features 4 delicious restaurant menus and has a full bar and barista service - available for dining in or take out.
We are in the sweet spot: very close to downtown, campus, and the football stadium without the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and student life. Quiet, yet lively!

Getting Around:
It's a five minute drive to the center of Ann Arbor and I94, (except on game day), the city bus stop is a block and a half away, city bicycle and walking paths are all around. Uber/Lyft is readily available.

Other Things to Note:
Our full time housekeeping team keeps each and every one of our properties sparkling clean for your arrival.
We stock olive oil, salt and pepper, whole bean coffee and creamer in all our units. We also provide enough body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels for 3-4 days as well as a few Tide pods for 2-3 loads of laundry and a few dishwasher tabs. For stays of a week or longer guests are asked to provide their own toiletries and other supplies.

Interaction with Guests:
We have 24/7 remote concierge service and on-site concierge service available daily from 9am-5pm. An after-hours phone number will be provided to all guests to use in the event of a lockout or other emergency.

Ann Arbor is home to this vacation home. Law Quadrangle and Kempf House Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Revel and Roll and University of Michigan Golf Course.
