In this upside-down house you will find three air-conditioned bedrooms all with access to a covered terrace, two bathrooms, and a laundry room on the lower level. The living room includes a large pull out couch to sleep an additional two guests if you choose. Upstairs you will find a large open floor plan with a spacious dining area, bar, kitchen, and powder room with an additional shower.
With scenic views of St. Maarten and St. Barths, outdoor life is surely the highlight of Sea Heaven. Watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning and the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening all under the large covered terrace. A beautiful restored picnic table seating 10 marks the centerpiece of the spacious patio. The tranquil and secluded Sea Feathers Beach is just a minute’s walk from the villa, and Sandy Hill is only a three minute drive that offers incredible snorkeling and stunning beaches. If something a little more populated is what you’re after, Shoal Bay, rated one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, is also on the East End. You will find plush beach towels, chairs, and water floats all provided at the villa to make your beach experience effortless and relaxing.
Nightlife exudes on Anguilla with bars, restaurants, and entertainment just 15 minutes from the villa. For the nights you wish to stay in, make use of the open kitchen and/or Weber gas grill out on spacious open patio. Make the perfect meal with the LeCreuset cookware, eight-burner gas stove, blender, coffee maker, and endless utensils at your disposal.
