A beautiful, single family home with a contemporary feel and updated in 2021! This is a one of a kind home with high end finishes throughout. Centrally located in Angel Fire, NM this 3 bedroom-bunkroom-3 bath home is the ultimate mountain retreat. Cozy furnishings and welcoming interiors create a warm relaxing atmosphere.

Take in majestic views of wildlife and surrounding area off our balcony. Deck has seating for seven: loveseat and five chairs/fire pit, standing cooler and a RecTec 2500 pellet grill/BBQ utensils for those evening meals and an octagon dining table that seats 8. The deck area is a great place to start and end your day!

GREAT ROOM

This cozy living room offers plenty of space to relax, furnished with a couch, two leather reclining armchairs. Watch shows on the 70" flat-screen smart TV while enjoying the warm ambience of the gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Bonuses include gas stove, microwave/convection oven, blender, food processor, Calphalon cookware, spices, Brita water pitcher, kitchen aid stand mixer, hand mixer, tableware for 12 and much more. Enjoy your morning coffee from the coffee bar equipped with a Keurig and Nespresso machine

When it's time to eat, gather at the large, custom eight-top dining table or at the breakfast bar with seating for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

On the first floor/entry level you will find a bunk room furnished with two custom-made wooden bunk beds. One bunk has two twin size beds and the 2nd bunk has a twin and queen size bed, enough for 5 people. A common area is located in this room that's perfect for the kids!! Stairs lead you to the second floor.

The second/main-floor the master suite is furnished with a king bed, two end tables, a flat-screen TV, and dresser. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a soaking jet tub. Stocked with a hairdryer, makeup washcloths, towels and linens. Stairs by the great room lead you to the third floor.

On the third level, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located with a full size bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and large walk in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, small dresser, and closet. A full bathroom on this level has a shower/tub combo, a vanity and is stocked with a hairdryer, make-up cloths and fresh linens. The 3rd floor bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and baseboard heating for climate control.

COMMON AREAS:

A small common area with a gas fireplace, smart TV and 3-seat motion recliner sofa that is located in bunk room. A second common area is located on the 3rd floor/loft with a 2-seat motion recliner sofa.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
New HE front load washer and dryer units along with iron and ironing board.

When you enter the house there is a mud room entrance where you will find a bench (for seating), ski storage, snowboard storage, boot dryers and a coat rack
