This alpine abode was featured in the Parade of Homes and designated one of the most eco-friendly, energy efficient home in Angel Fire. This beautiful home is just less than two miles from the Resort and ski lifts. About ½ mile from the house you can also utilize the convenient drop off spot for skiers to get on the mountain and ski down to the lifts, avoiding parking at the resort. From the outside to the inside, there is no detail forgotten. Nestled in the pine and aspen trees, you can see the copper roof and unique architecture of this custom log style home from miles away.

The moment you walk through the massive solid wood front door with turquoise inlays be prepared to be WOWED! Breathtaking beauty awaits at every turn, from the huge fir log trusses and rustic wood ceilings and huge dry stacked gas fire place in the great room to the towering windows showcasing majestic Wheeler Peak (New Mexico's highest peak) and the surrounding Rocky Mountains. Whether you’re enjoying cooking in the gourmet kitchen equipped with an ice maker and wine chiller, eating in the huge dining area or chilling out in the great room this open floor plan offers a room with a stunning view no matter your location. Every inch of this home is full of extras that will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Make full use of the spacious covered front porch to enjoy your favorite beverages, amazing sunsets or night skies. Here you can also relax in the new extra-large luxury hot tub. In addition to the views, designer bedding, luxury linens, and a seating area make this master the perfect place for honeymoons, anniversary celebrations and special occasions. You’ll love the large jetted tub, over sized travertine shower and natural light from the windows in the master bath. The master suite is on the main floor living area.

New furniture and designer touches are also found in the two guest bedrooms located on the lower level of the house. Guest room 1 room is furnished with a king size bed with memory foam mattress and luxury linens. The 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds with memory foam mattresses and luxury linens. Also downstairs in the additional living and TV area there is a queen size sofa sleeper. The guest bathroom downstairs features a beautiful tub and shower combo, double vanity sinks with granite and travertine.

For an additional fee, we would be happy to provide flowers, wine, champagne and gift baskets delivered for your arrival. With plenty of notice we should be able to schedule a chef to prepare a special meal at the house or have the food catered in for your enjoyment.

You will always want to have your camera ready while you’re here - There’s a great possibility you will see elk, deer, turkey, squirrels, chipmunks and even an occasional bear on the 2.5 acres this home sits on. WHILE WE ARE ONE OF THE VERY FIRST ROADS TO BE CLEARED FROM SNOWS, AND WE HAVE A PRIVATE SERVICE WHO WILL CLEAR THE DRIVE WAY, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO REACH THE HOUSE WITHOUT A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE. PLEASE REMEMBER IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SAFELY GET AROUND ANYWHERE IN ANGEL FIRE WHEN ITS SNOWY WITHOUT FOUR WHEEL DRIVE OR CHAINS.
