Stephanie Smith graduated from University of California, San Francisco/San Francisco State Joint Program with a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of California, Davis.

She has been a member of the Kevin Snider Physical Therapy team since 2002 and has worked with a varied population spanning from young children to adults. She was Pilates certified in 2007 and has brought this experience to her clinical practice. She focuses on movement-based rehabilitation with a strong sense of orthopedic techniques.

She is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and her abilities to help her community recover function and enhance their well-being. Stephanie enjoys living an active lifestyle, spending time outside of the clinic with her family. She enjoys competing as a Cross-Fit athlete and finished 23rd in the 2012 Northern California Regional Competition. In 2012, she earned the title of "North state Fittest" finishing first in this competition.
