The home backs to a wooded greenbelt along Fish Creek, creating a surprisingly private atmosphere within the city. Two European-style patio doors open directly to the backyard, allowing easy access to the outdoor space and bringing natural light into the living area.
All three queen bedrooms are located on the upper level, including a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The home also features a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, 2.5 bathrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
A small community park is located next door, and a grocery store is within walking distance. Downtown Anchorage and Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport are both less than 10 minutes away by car, making this an ideal base for exploring Anchorage and Southcentral Alaska.

Because the property is located near the Alaska Railroad corridor, trains can occasionally be heard, particularly during quieter times of the day.
Located on the waterfront, this apartment is in Spenard, a neighborhood in Anchorage. Cinemark Century Anchorage 16 and Sleeping Lady Brewing Company are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit SoNo District and Anchorage 5th Avenue Mall. Pop Carr Park and Alaska Center for the Performing Arts are also worth visiting.
