****This is a house that has been uniquely remodeled into 3 private units. You will have other people possible being on a different floor. Just keep that in mind when booking. It is NOT the entire building structure to yourself.

This particular unit is on our bottom floor basement area of our home with kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, bedrooms, and living space. It is very well lit with full windows at ground level with black out curtains. You will have coffee, fully stocked laundry supplies, and extensive kitchenware. We have plenty of parking for you to have guests, including off street parking.
Guest Access:

Guests in this Unit will have addtional access to the deck and yard to enjoy! The deck has multiple seating options, a propane firepit and a grill with table seating to enjoy a nice BBQ on a sunny day.

While the 49th state does have transportation companies like Uber and Lyft to get you around town, it is short on ride accommodations that can take you affordably down the beautiful highway system. Alaska is just so big, with over 600 road miles from one end to the other, if you wish to tale in the scenic beauty, a rental car far outweighs the public transportation that is offered to take you out of town.
