✓Swimming Pool/Hot Tub: (Heated Pool/Hot Tub for extra $99/day, which is the real estimated cost of gas&electricity and we only charge for your selected days when using the water. Includes up to 8 hours of heating operation per day. $15/additional hour can be requested for longer heating, up to 12 hours total.

• Varies by the weather and wind, spa typically requires 1-2 hours to desired temperature, pool typically requires 5-6 hours and will remain warm a few hours after turning off the heater. The guest can enjoy the pool as it warms up.
