Less than a half hour to the trailheads of five 14,000 ft peaks. Five minutes to Alma or to Fairplay where you will find shopping and dining. World class dining and shopping 25 minutes away in Breckenridge. Or just relax in front of the fire and enjoy the views. Enjoy touring historic mining districts or challenging four wheel drive trails. Fish the Middle Fork of the South Platte within walking distance or head to 11 Mile Reservoir for lake fishing.
