Take in the rich morning sunlight and views from our charming breakfast nook; or relax in the afternoon on one of the 2 private patios. The house is conveniently located near Balloon Fiesta Park, Sandia Peak Tram; and Sandia Resort and Casino. The area offers many outdoor activities including golf, skiing, hiking, biking, running and walking along miles of improved and unimproved trails and paths. You are also just a short drive from many fine shops, movie theaters, micro-breweries and restaurants. Enjoy museums and the nightlife in Old town, Downtown and Nob Hill - a short drive away.
