This is a three bedroom, two bath home, with my bed and bath a separate suite within the home. There is also a semi- detached studio with its own kitchen and bath, and separate entrance, that can accommodate 1 or 2 additional guests. I am opening my home to guests during times when I expect to be traveling.
The backyard leads to a gate to the Embudo Arroyo bike path, and to the front, the most visible neighbor is St Bernadette's church across the street. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped with cookware, dishware, etc. And there is hi speed wifi as well. The neighborhood consists of single family homes on tree lined streets and there's a Starbucks right around the corner, as well as a wide variety of dining and shopping within walking or biking distance
Albuquerque is home to this vacation home. New Mexico Veterans’ Memorial and Sunshine Theater are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Los Altos Golf Course and Puerto Del Sol Golf Course.
