This home is located in a quiet cove (Jacob’s creek) perfect for kayaking & swimming with plentiful wildlife & picturesque views. Multiple adult and kids kayaks, and 2 stand up paddle boards included in rental. Feel free to bring your boat and tie up to the private dock! New kitchen appliances, & updated light fixtures adorn open concept kitchen/dining area. New LVP floors in all bedrooms. Large computer niche in master bedroom, perfect for working remotely. The in-ground boathouse is perfectly suited for lakefront relaxation. A 2-bay covered boathouse & pier is a short, gentle sloping walk from screened-in porch, lined with Edison bulb string lights all the way to the pier. Due to allergies, pets not permitted. Also, no parties and no smoking. Pontoon boat not included in rental. All beds have plush pillowtop mattress toppers. All rooms have black out curtains and one room has a sound machine, pack and play, and toddler cot.
Home is 10 minutes from Stony Mountain Vineyard, Uwharrie Mountain Trailhead, downtown Albemarle, and Morrow Mountain.
Located in Albemarle, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Swift Island Lake Tillery Boat Access and Stony Mountain Vineyards are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Morrow Mountain State Park and Richfield Park.
