Our apartment building is located in the historic center, where vehicle traffic is restricted during certain hours: 9:00–14:00 and 19:00–02:00.
For Check-in: Please plan to arrive between 14:00 and 19:00, as this is the window when cars are permitted to enter the historic center.
For Check-out: Residents have a special permit allowing them to exit the historic center via Rruga e Gurakuqve, even during restricted hours.
