A unique waterfront property with 7 bedrooms and five full bathrooms on about 15 acres of well-manicured land with mowed grass, mature and wooded trees. A very relaxing environment in the peninsula - you can watch both sunrise and sunset! An excellent private boat and a fishing dock with about 10 feet of water - fully lighted for night fishing right from the dock (you can catch fish right from dock). Get your fishing gear and fish in the best Bass fishing lakes in the country - Lake Fork! This property has everything you’re looking for your family reunions, or any other occasion. There is a hot-tub/jacuzzi, propane grill and a fire pit.
This property has two buildings within a few feet of each other. The main building has three bedrooms, two full baths, a huge gourmet kitchen, a formal dining room, a living room with a 75” TV. Main building patio has a basketball arcade, jacuzzi and a propane grill. The second building has two floors, with living areas on each floor, two bedrooms on each floor (total four bedrooms), three full bathrooms, a full kitchen upstairs and a small dining area.
This estate has numerous features and a ton of activities to do.
Canoe around in the lake (two Canoes available) or bring your bikes/ATVs to ride around the property. Or have a relaxing candlelight dinner on the fishing dock or at the fire pit. A ton of activities - fishing, basketball, indoor badminton, indoor pickle ball, kids air-hockey, kids pool table, adults pool table, corn-hole, kayaking, kids ping pong or just ride around the property on your bicycles! 75" smart TV in the living room! Water filtration system installed for all your drinking water. Coffee lovers can have regular brewed coffee (coffee provided) or Keurig machine - a few Keurig pods supplied with each trip! For the wine lovers, a bottle of Cabernet awaits you! Pecan trees, plums, an orchard with a variety of fruits on the property during the season. The entire property has lights from the home to the dock.
There is a neighborhood boat launch within half a mile of the property (see the pictures)! You can dock two boats at the property’s private dock right at the property. Dock as water, electricity and power outlets.
The boat and fishing docks are about 200 yards from the house - guests can drive their cars on a specified path -guests are not allowed to drive on the grass or lawn.

Bedrooms and Baths:
• Main Building (first floor): The master bedroom (#1) actually has another queen bed in it that is perfect for kids and has an attached full bath with a tub and a separate shower.
• Main Building (first floor): Second bedroom (#2) has a king bed and the third bedroom (#3) has a queen bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have a full bathroom to share.
• Second House (first floor): There are two bedrooms one with king bed (#4)and the other with two bunk beds (#5). Both the rooms have a shared attached full bathroom. There is a separate full bathroom on this level as well.
• Second House (second floor): There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a king (#6) bed and the other will a full bed (#7). There is a full bathroom with the tub on this level.
Kitchens and Dining
• Two full kitchens, one full size gourmet kitchen with two ovens and equipped all pots, pans, utensils, etc. The kitchen has a small island and a high chair area – make a great place for breakfast /conversations. There is a separate formal dining table that can seat 8-10.
• Second house has a full kitchen and a small dining table/ area.
• Kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, serving spoons, wine glasses, champing flutes, cocktail glasses etc.

Bathrooms:
• Main house has two full baths and the second house has three full bathrooms.
Amenities and activities:
• Huge trees, lots of open area, and the back porch was so relaxing.
• The 3-car garage was turned into a game room with air conditioning and heating, has indoor badminton, pickleball, pool table, ping pong and air hockey.
• Large Jacuzzi, propane grill (tank provided), fire pit
• Washer and Dryer
• The private dock was a wonderful place to catch fish (catfish, bass and perch).

Alba is home to this vacation home. Salt Palace Museum and Mineola Historical Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Links at Land's End and Grand Oaks Vineyard & Winery. Emory Livestock Auction and Mineola Railroad Museum are also worth visiting.
