Top New Host in New Mexico for 2022!!!
The home is located in a very safe small neighborhood community. Two miles from the Space Museum, 20 min from White Sands National Park, 15 min from Holloman Air Force Base and only a short 30 min drive to the beautiful village of Cloudcroft. This comfortable home offers a nice screened-in back porch with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. The large fenced back yard has a BBQ grill and a fire pit and enough room for outdoor activities.

This newly remodeled retreat, has a bright, cheerful, and inviting feel. Come as you are, unwind and relax. Enjoy what Alamogordo has to offer!
Conveniently located near the foothills; you'll find beautiful views and hiking trails within walking distance. Great lighting throughout the entire house with high speed internet. Ceiling fans in majority of the rooms , AC and heater can be set to your preferred temperature.
In the living room enjoy the Smart TV, board games and assortment of Blue-ray/DVD's. Cozy living room where you can relax, watch movies and play some games.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious family meals. We offer a Keurig and complementary K-pods and a few snacks for all our guests.
Master bedroom with a King size bed and private bathroom. You can lay back and enjoy watching your shows on the 40 inch TV with a roku.
Laundry room equipped with a full size washer, dryer, iron and countertop iron board. Complimentary detergent pods and fabric sheets will be provided for the first couple loads.
Note: The whole house is available for use except the garage and outdoor shed.
Guest access
The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, and has a private driveway and parking along the street if needed.
Other things to note
-A maximum of two dogs are allowed on the property. A $35 pet fee will be required. Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
Located in Alamogordo, this vacation home is on a lake. Heart of the Desert Pistachios & Wine and Cloudcroft Ice Rink are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit International Space Hall of Fame and New Mexico Museum of Space History. Flickinger Center for Performing Arts and Alameda Park Zoo are also worth visiting.
