Large home with plenty of room even for multiple families. Your able to separate from kids or family members with the 2 living rooms each with flat screen TV's. 4 bedrooms with plenty of beds makes larger groups a breeze. No need to air up extra mattress. Everything needed except food to prepare is there. All tableware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, etc. are there. Cabinet full of spices and miscellaneous ingredients. Located in a very small quiet town but with the house being a brick house it insulates sounds well for a comfortable stay. We have a nice small lake in town nearby with a walking path and fishing. Also, near Kirwin and Harlan revivors for great fishing or lake recreation. The area is great for any type of hunting as well. There is a small park across the street for kids to play at. Pop machines located outside on premises as well.
Agra is home to this vacation home. Phillipsburg Golf Club and Wagner Park are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kirwin National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center and Phillipsburg Courthouse Square.
