The Space:
At Grand Lake you'll enjoy all the amenities of your home away from home in your 3 bedroom/3 bath condo that is 1519 sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, and attached en suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and attached en suite. The third bedroom has two single beds and access to a bathroom. In the living room there is a queen Murphy bed, and access to the balcony/patio where you can enjoy the golf sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort and the surrounding area, you're sure to make so many memories!

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.

Located in Afton, this condo is in a rural area and on a lake. Afton Station and Har-Ber Village are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cherokee Grove Golf Course and Elk River Golf Course.
