• Pick up and drop off times can be flexible, with advanced notice.

• Generator is built in and available for use
• Cleaning fee only applied if camper is returned uncleaned ($250)
• Tank dump fee only applied if not returned with tanks empty ($100)
• Removal of items provided form camper rental must be discussed in advance, otherwise $50 fee will apply.
• RV will be rented with a full tank of fuel and will be required to be returned with a full tank. Otherwise $200 fill up cost will be charged.
• LP can run refrigerator while traveling but renter is responsible for fuel consumption. Every 1/4 tank used will come with a $50 charge.

• Cars can be left behind with prior notice, RV’s are stored on private gated property so will the car but liability waver must be signed.

• 2017 Thor Four Winds 22FE with a bed room slide will provide you hours of comfort and pleasure all wrapped up in a convenient package, setup and get you’re vacation started as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is 24’ long, sleeps up to 5 (Queen rear corner bed sleeps two, bench sleeps 1, and queen bed over the cab sleeps two), 3 burner gas stove, gas/electric refrigerator, Gas/electric hot water heater, amenities like indoor and outdoor speakers from blue tooth/USB radio, TV with antenna and cable hook ups and an electric awning!

• Due to COVID-19 this unit has been cleaned with “snipe” hospital disinfectant in between each rental, all additional cleaning supply’s must be provided by renter due to shortages.
