Our Mountain getaway is a bright sunny townhouse nestled in a private resort community called Lake Village. We are located on the South Shore in Zephyr Cove/Stateline, NV. Our newly furnished townhouse has a large Master bedroom with king bed (new mattress - 2013), private bath, and a 32' Flat Panel TV. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and is adjacent to a common full bathroom. The first floor also includes washer/dryer. The living area contains a 42' LCD HDTV with cable & DVD Player. There is also a stereo system with CD player and Aux line for iPod/MP3 player. We have password protected Wi-Fi running from our cable modem for fast Internet. The living room contains a wood burning fireplace and access to the deck which includes a propane gas BBQ and deck seating for 8. The dining area has a large dining table that comfortably seats 8.   The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. All appliances are stainless steel surface. We also have a new quartz counter-top. There is a half bath in the living area. The loft contains 2 queen beds and one twin bed which overlooks the living area. This beautiful Lake Village development has a private community clubhouse which includes a swimming pool, tennis courts, ping pong, pool table, gas BBQ, picnic tables, hot tub (year round), sauna, and outdoor fenced children’s play area.Â
We recently remodeled both downstairs bathrooms. They've been updated with glass enclosures, gorgeous tile, and new vanity and sink. The Master bath has a 3.5'x5.5' glass enclosed shower. The 2nd bath has a tub for visitors who might want to take a traditional bath.
Our townhouse is very close to the forest and a trail which provides Cross Country skiing or snow shoeing in the winter. There is also hiking/biking during the summer months. We are minutes away from Heavenly Valley Ski Area and ½ mile from the South Lake Tahoe Stateline Casino's, beach, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Easy access via the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and VIP airport express shuttle.
