22 foot travel trailer, very light can be towed with a v6. Sleeps 2 adults and a child or 2 very small children. All you need to cook and sit outside with a few gravity chairs and a firepit either propane or wood burning. We purchased in January 2022 and have used it about 6-8 times. Very enjoyable and compact. We have nutrabullet and grill smoker along with small coffee pot or stovetop perculator for coffee. Outdoor speakers with led lighting. Games including battleship, cards, backgammon and cornhole included. Enjoy Lake Tahoe or other surrounding area, we can show you how to set up the hookups and if your campsite is within 45 minutes from zephyr cove (south Lake Tahoe) we could arrange a set up and pick up situation for an extra fee.
