Given the concerns posed by the coronavirus (COVID-19), since mid-February and I wanted to share the steps we’ve been taking. 

Increased cleaning: We know how important cleanliness is, particularly now. We have increased the amount of wipe-down cleaning of high touch areas, with a CDC recommended disinfectant. This is in addition to our standard deep cleaning and sanitization that occurs after each rental. Tahoe is still considered one of the safe tourist places compared to other areas. So please feel confident and safe staying at my property.

Placed on an expansive mountain lot, this home’s outstanding exterior will quickly become the place everyone wants to spend their free time. Upon arrival, you’ll find yourself enthralled by the brilliance of this stunning dwelling, adorned with an interior that perfectly exemplifies the tranquil nature of the town. The warm stone fireplace, pleasing color scheme, plush couches, and intriguing art will be a joy to come home to, as well as all the amazing amenities. Work up a sweat on Ski mountains or in Lake Tahoe or trails nearby.

Utilize the home’s fully-equipped kitchen, which is stocked with all the necessary modern cooking appliances to make a meal that will be treasured by your loved ones. After preparing the savory meal, gather around the adjacent dining table to enjoy your culinary masterpiece. Later, head downstairs to the game room and play a friendly match of pool!

From here, you’ll be just a short driving distance away from Lake Tahoe, the largest alpine lake in North America, and the second deepest lake in the United States. Because the lake spans across such a large area, it’s perfect for boating. The El Dorado boat ramp will let you have fun-filled days of exhilarating wakeboarding, tubing, and jet skiing. During the winter, drive 7 minutes to enjoy the phenomenal skiing at the Heavenly Resort. Look no further than this magnificent vacation rental home - you won't be disappointed!

Please note: There is a fire-place in living area and it is wood burn fire place. Please note we do not provide wood for the fire-place as this house is equipped with central heating. You may need to bring your own wood, if you would like to use the fire-place. House has been upgraded with new wood floors and new bedroom furniture, And we will continue to beautify the house for your best experience. Please expect normal wear & tear as this house gets booked almost every week/weekend, and at times, we may not have enough time to fix all the wear& tear issues caused by previous guest just-in time before your check-in. We will ensure working condition of Basic Amenities such as Cookware, cooking appliances, bedroom furniture, cleaning supplies, towels, sheets, hot-tubs (2 person jetted zacuzzi tubs in 2 out of 4 bathrooms), showers, toilets, heating (water and air), washer / dryer etc. Other Amenities such as game room equipment, sauna, Air Conditioning are considered privileged amenities and we will try our best to accommodate working condition of them between guests. Please understand at times - they may not be available for the guests if they are broken by previous guests. Please feel free to reach out to your local contact (provided part of your check-in instructions), if you need help with anything.
