This 4 bedroom condo is great for a family vacation. Close to town, access to the Lake Village shared pool and hot tub area, walking trails in the forest are right out the front door. The view from the deck is of the forest and is very relaxing.
There is a 2 car garage and parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

The kitchen and living room are open floor plan, there is a deck off the kitchen for BBQing with amazing views of the forest.
This is a 3 story home with the kitchen and living room on the top floor. There is a new foosball game in the kitchen living room area. The bedroom 1 to 3 are on the level below the kitchen: Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a cal king, a full private bathroom and a TV. Bedroom 2 has 2 twins and a tv. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway.
The bottom floor has bedroom 4 with a queen bed, TV and full private bathroom.
This house does not have AC.
Occupancy Rules:
1. Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
2. You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house.
3. Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit.
4. Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
