Cozy, comfortable condo nestled between the Lake and Mountains with outstanding views. Our cozy condo has all amenities to make your stay complete. Our first bedroom is newly set up with all new furnishings and has a twin bed + a full bed with twin bunks all new linens and furnishings + flat screen tv, this bedroom includes a sink with full bathtub/shower combo and toilet. 2nd Bedroom is a brand-new king bed with all new furniture and accents + all new bedding + flat screen tv, this bathroom has a full ladies vanity with sink and tub shower combo with toilet. 3rd Bedroom has a brand-new queen bed and furnishings this is our sunset room with a lady's vanity with sink, tub shower combo and toilet + flat screen tv. The large deck that faces the lake is just down the hall from this bedroom. Along with our outdoor seating with table and bench type seating with umbrella makes for an enjoyable outdoor gathering. The middle floor of our home has a wonderful kitchen island and bar seating so the family can gather around. Just off of the living area is a small deck with a gas bbq for your bbq needs. Our large leather sectional and flat screen tv makes for a wonderful movie night. We have board games for everyone to enjoy as well. Our cooking is for the chef at heart, large stainless-steel refrigerator, gas range, and brand-new stainless dishwasher. this middle floor also includes a half bathroom with sink and toilet for convenience. Our dining area seats 6 at the table and we have a full seated bar of 5. Our home has everything that you will need to make your vacation flawless. Our free parking is just outside of the unit and feet away from the front door. We hope you love our sunset retreat as much as we do. We hope you have a wonderful stay with us!!

Max occupancy is 8 which includes infants and toddlers
Max permitted vehicles is 2 (two)
Guest will be issued 2 parking permits 1 per hoa and 1 per Douglas
County ordinance which both must be on display on the driver's side
dashboard of the vehicle ($500 fine could be imposed to owner of
vehicle if not displayed during the stay)
Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bear bin 225 (do not
feed wildlife or leave any food in your car)
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be
strictly enforced.
Our minimum age to rent is 30
Agreement is required to be signed and a copy of the signing
responsible guest that booking is under must also send back a copy
of their Drivers License per our County Ordinance
Guests over 30 only. Our Maximum occupancy at any given time, is the number of guests that you have reserved to book. You may book up to 6 total guests including infants and toddlers. All humans must be stated in original booking request. Signed agreement required. A maximum of 2 vehicles permitted only. 1 assigned space and 1 guest space which is "ANY" unnumbered space available. We require an agreement to be signed along with a parking form that must be brought along with you to obtain your parking permits. Quiet times are 9pm to 8am daily. No smoking and no pets permitted on premise, on or around. We are a no shoe residence which we appreciate from all guests. HOA guidelines are presented to all guests, departure instructions, trash removal, directions(map), house rules/guidelines and all details of our home are outlined in our agreement. No events, large gatherings, parties, weddings, receptions, reunions, birthday events, bachelor, or bachelorette events. We are situated in a private residential community.

This condo is located in Zephyr Cove. Lake Tahoe Historical Society Museum and Genoa Courthouse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Heavenly Ski Resort and Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course. Consider Boulder Lodge for a night out or Magic Carpet Golf if you're traveling with kids. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
