The great room opens to an extra-large deck which allows for wonderful summer entertaining thanks to the outdoor dining area, gas grill, and private outdoor hot tub. Another great perk of this home is the washer/dryer combo on-site - it's perfect for families looking to pack light for their trip and not having to worry about washing their clothes somewhere else rather than at home. The desk on the second floor will be just perfect for folks who can't stay away from their jobs for too long. Parking notes: HOA requires parking passes and guest registration. All guests are required to register at the office. Please complete the applicable forms below and bring it to the Clubhouse upon arrival for your parking and recreation passes. Please adhere to local road conditions. A parking permit must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard of the vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle. This unit has 1 parking space only.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
