Separate outside door to bathroom, large pantry and fold up bunk bed for large storage items. Walk around master king size bed. 60 gallon water tank, electric canopy, electric stabilizers, outdoor shower.

You will need a full size truck to tow this unit or equivalent SUV. Delivery is available.

RV includes pots, pans, linens, fitted sheets, pillow, cutlery, plates, mugs, cups, utensils, coffee maker, coffee/tea, 2 camping chairs. Just bring clothes and food!

If house rules are not followed you will not receive your full refund back. Depending on the severity of the the broken rule, you may not get any of your deposit back.

House Rules:

- No smoking of any kind including vaping.
- - PET RULES - $75 Non refundable pet fee must be purchased. If pet fee is not purchased, and there is a pet, deposit will not be returned. If pet causes damage to RV and /or urinates and/or defecates, all or some of deposit may not be returned.
- Only flush RV toilet paper down toilet. No wipe, feminine products, trash, Nothing except RV toilet paper.
- Do not overflow black and gray tanks. Excessive toilet and shower use will result in this, and will cost your whole deposit. This camper is only rated for 8 people and that means the water and bathroom use as well.
- Empty all trash cans in dumpsters.
- Do not leave trash in RV or around camp site.
- Wash and put away where you found any dishes used.
- Put dirty towels and sheets in laundry bag or on ground. Beds not slept in please leave beds made.
- Keep RV swept to keep dirt down.
- If it is windy keep awning closed, it will be damaged.
- This is our personal RV, so please keep it clean and treat it with respect.
