Casa Bonita Apartments

Casa Bonita is a small 24 unit, family owned complex in Yuma AZ that is one story with private patio and reserved parking right off your patio. If you are looking for a quiet, private living environment- please call for appointment to show you our apartments. I've attached pictures that will give you an impression of our complex. We are in a residential neighborhood,with a variety of interiors. The apartments have paneling and carpet, but others have textured white walls and tile floors. Most apartments are rented unfurnished- just waiting for your furniture and accessories. If you don't have furniture and decide to lease for 12 months, we can offer furniture for a reasonable fee.
