Thanks for looking at our camper. It features one slide, one bathroom, and one private bedroom; that contains a queen size bed. For additional sleeping we have a bunkhouse with 4 bunk beds, the couch in the living area folds out into a full size bed, and the dining room table can be made into a bed as well.

Amenities include: One slide out, power stabilizer jacks/tongue( push of a button), HDTV flat screen, air-conditioner, DVD player, retractable awning with led lighting (currently still waiting for insurance to pay for damaged awning after previous renter broke causing $2300 in damage), outdoor shower, sink, inside and outside refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove, microwave, 30 amp hook up, 2x 30lb propane tanks, all the necessary hoses, wireless back up camera, lawn chairs and gas grill. Great storage inside and a large storage compartment outside. UPDATE---Due to awning being damaged for the 4th time by previous renters the awning will be disabled because insurance refuses to pay.

The kitchen will be supplied with a coffee pot, plates, cups, pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen utensils.

Linens, towels, and sleeping bags for bunks will be provided upon request.

Limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies are provided for use.

Located in the bunk room are DVDs and games for family entertainment.

What you need to tow Baker ... We will provide a heavy duty, weight distribution, and stabilizer hitch that makes pulling this large camper much easier. Please make sure the towing capacity of your vehicle is atleast 8,000 lbs and you have a towing package. You must have an electric trailer plug and a trailer brake controller.
