This tiny house has a roomy U-Shaped couch with removable table that can also be converted into a king size sleeper/lounger. As a bed, it's large for two, and enough to sleep three comfortably that fit my 2 adult children and my wife in a recent trip, while I slept in my above ground Easy Tent-Cot. For your additional guests, we have tents and elevated-easy-up tent cot available for rent.

This Tiny House has a powerful solar generator that will allow you to use power without the noise and smell of a gas generator nor paying for electricity (shore power), as long it’s getting charged from the sun. But additional power is needed if plan to run the air conditioner all night.

To tow this Tiny House, your vehicle MUST have a 2” hitch ball, be 16” from the ground to the top of the ball, and MUST have a 7 pin connector with electronic BRAKE CONTROLLER. Your tow vehicle must have a towing capacity of greater or equal to 3500 lb. Contact me if you have any questions first before renting. If you don't have an electronic brake controller, I have a Bluetooth brake controller for rent at $27 per rental. Plus I have a list of equipment options available for rent with the camper, items such as Duel Bike Rack, Inflatable Kayaks, Tents and Tent-Cot, Grill, Black Stone Griddle, wood fire-pit, and more, they are listed below(or ask me,) make sure you look through them you may find things that can enhance your trip and make it more memorable.

The lowest ground clearance for this Tiny House is 7.5inch. Although it does not have off-roading height, yet it does well with the graded or flat dirt roads off the beaten paths.

This Tiny House is equipped with camping cookware, kitchen wares, Cornhole game, movies, 2-binoculars and 1 roll of RV-grade toilet paper for every 3 days of rental(max 3 rolls). We provide a flat bed sheet, but pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, towels and personal hygiene items are up to you.
