It is Located within a mile of the clubhouse and Innsbrook's beautiful Aspen Center. This home features a large deck and a walk-out basement that offers a second kitchen, second living room, the 4th bedroom, and a possible 5th bedroom. The Lower level also has a brand new kitchen/breakfast bar area. The main floor kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal or a holiday feast!
