A 10 minute walk down quaint neighborhood roads to beautiful Stony Beach! 10 minute bike to the sandy beaches of Surf Drive. 7 minute walk to Woods Hole Village restaurants. Take an evening stroll/morning bike ride on the Shining Sea Bike Path (0.3 miles to Shining Sea Bike Path).
This home sits on a 1/3 acre lot and is fairly private, set back from the road.
Venture through picturesque trails in nearby bird sanctuaries/gardens, take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Spend the day in nearby historic Falmouth window shopping, enjoying concerts/farmers markets on the green or just grabbing a bite to eat amongst the wide variety of restaurants from oven baked pizza, to tea room sandwiches, fresh seafood and homemade ice cream.
This is our own family vacation home and we use it for half of the summer - we haven't spared any amenities.
A wonderful escape with the best the Cape has to offer, in a highly modern and comfortable home.

- Master Bedroom: 1 King bed with ensuite private bath - 2nd floor
- Guest A Bedroom: 1 Queen bed - 1st floor
- Guest B Bedroom: 1 Queen bed - 1st floor
- Guest C Bedroom: 1 Full + 1 Twin bed (bunk bed setup) - 1st floor
- Three full bathrooms (total). Downstairs bath has a bath tub. All baths have heated floors.
- We provide bed linens, towels (both beach and bath) and also 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella
Located in Woods Hole, this vacation home is on a lake. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cape Cod Beaches and Cornelia Carey Sanctuary, while Woods Hole Historical Museum and Falmouth Museums on the Green are cultural highlights. Traveling with kids? Consider Oak Bluffs Fishing Pier and Flying Horses Carousel. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
