Easy towing. We are happy to deliver if you're unable to tow. All tow vehicles must be able to tow 5500 pounds and have an electric brake controller. If you do not meet these requirements you can still enjoy your time in the outdoors by having us deliver and set up for you. Top of 2-5/16" ball should be about 22" off the ground for trailer to be level. Power must be dedicated 30 amp.

For sleeping, we include mattress protectors, mattress pads, and a fitted sheet for the queen bed and the two bunk beds, with only a mattress pad & fitted sheet for the small booth bed; accommodating up to five people.

In the kitchen we include basic pans, plates, bowls, can opener, plastic utensils, cutting board, basic cooking utensils, cups, two dish towels, and basic cleaning supplies.

3 rolls of RV toilet paper, wheel chocks, two camping chairs, and an outdoor mat are also included.
