Both bedrooms on the second floor share a full bathroom as well. All bedrooms and main living area have AC.

Floors throughout house are 5" character maple hardwood. Home and kitchen are fully furnished with everything needed to make your stay comfortable and easy: fresh bath towels, beach towels, silverware and glassware, pantry starter kit, cooking implements and serving pieces, a gas grill, and all bed linens are provided - Just bring your suitcase and sunscreen!

Plenty of closet and storage space. Home has full size washer/dryer, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dishwasher, gas stove with a built in microwave and a flat screen TVs with wireless Internet, DVD player and Cable TV is available for those who need it, Apple TV with Netflix subscription, stereo with iPod hookup, board games and books galore for kids and adults.

Forest Lake is a small fairly private lake in southern New Hampshire, only a short distance from Keene NH at the junction of NH,VT,& MA. Location has convenient access from Hartford’s Bradley Airport via I-91 (about 90 minutes) and two hours from Boston Logan Airport via I-90/95 and MA Route 2.
Bring your boat, and enjoy fishing for bass and trout, (fishing and power boating require a NH License) as well as canoeing, kayaking, paddle boating or swimming in the 110 acre spring-fed lake all off the property’s private dock. (kayaks, tube and paddle boat are provided). There is also large outdoor patio with an outdoor wood burning fireplace and a gas grill for outdoor dining.

In the fall, enjoy New Hampshire’s world renowned foliage from the house as the leaves change colors on the property as well as on the nearby mountains with the serene, crystal clear water of the lake as backdrop. Enjoy snowmobiling, skiing, skating and ice fishing on the lake in the winter as well.
