Camp in style in this cozy modern trailer in any season. Furnace and Electric fireplace to keep you warm and AC to keep you cool. Plenty of room for family with Private master bedroom, bunk bed, sofa bed and dinette can turn into bed. Comes stocked with your basic necessities dishes, cookware, toilet paper cleaning product included. Extras can be arranged per request. Many add-on's available to make the most of your experience I.E. firepit, portable BBQ, led lights, projector & screen, floor mats, chairs games and more.
The trailer is equipment with the following amenities:
- Roof mounted AC. Need 30 amp services for this trailer.
- Queen Size bed in the master bedroom and pull out queen in the living room, bunk bed in the back.
- (2) flat screen TV's (one in bedroom and one in living room)
- Residential stainless-steel refrigerator
- Microwave
- Fireplace
- Large Shower
- Interior and Exterior Speakers
- Awning w/LED lights

At no additional cost we include:
- White linen towels
- Linens for Master bed
- Pillows for bunk beds
- Keurig Coffee maker
- Toaster
- Utensils, Plates, Bowls and Cups
- Sauce Pan
- (2) Outside Chairs
- Outside RV mat
- Broom, dust pan, paper towels, toilet paper and other cleaning supplies.

We only offer delivery and setup at this time. You just tell us the location and we make sure the trailer is ready to go! Base rate is $175 up to 30 miles. After 30 miles = $5 per mile (up to 75 miles). Setup Fee = $150 and includes setup, prep, breakdown and restock. Dump free= $50 for flushing and dumping of grey/black tank dumping.
Cleaning fee will insure that this is a clean trailer.
No pets and no smoking allowed. We also don't allow the cooking of raw seafood or shell fish as well as bacon inside the trailer. We have portable BBQ and griddle available for add on.

All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors. We are happy to provide any and all details needed about the trailer, but it's the renters responsibility to make sure the site booked will properly accommodate the trailer
