KITCHEN ( fully stocked ) : Kuerig coffee maker, Cuisinart (pots, pans, cutlery, utensils). Pottery Barn (dish ware, glassware, utensils). Large under mount sink with pull down faucet. Large refrigerator, freezer, microwave and 3 burner Furrion stove/oven. Pottery Barn Hand soap/lotion and basic cleaning supplies. Dinette is ideal for eating inn… or just reading and playing games. (kids/adult/family games provided). We also have a pretty legit library of hard back books ranging from cowboy chili … Bloody Marys … camp cocktails … beer hacks … booze & vinyl... many more!
OUTDOOR Kitchen : flat-top griddle , toaster/air fryer, beer fridge, bottle opener, foot pump/hand sink, pro griddle accessories ( 30 pc set, including hot glove/ apron & serving platters ). We provide a wide variety of fun seasonings and basic condiments. We have zip lock bags for left-overs , as well as large trash bags. (indoor/outdoor) trash can and recycle bin.
LIVING AREA : medium size couch 2-3 man/with cup holders. Couch folds into (bed) - accommodates 1-2 children , LED lighting, 40” flat screen , DVD player ( family camping comedies provided ), fireplace w/ temp control (remote), AM/FM Bluetooth JBL speakers interior/exterior.
MASTER BEDROOM : Pottery Barn - FULL bed linens: sheets/comforter/pillows/throw. A comfortable, upgraded queen bed with a cooling mattress topper. Two side closets, over head storage, cubbies with USB charging on each side of bed. His/Her bedside fans ( ultra quiet ). Sleep-sound machine ( 30 settings ). Digital alarm clock with weather forecast, large/deep 4 shelf closet — houses a hotel size digital safe ( code provided ). Private/secondary — entrance/exit.

BUNK HOUSE : Pottery Barn - FULL bed linens: sheets/comforters/pillows/throws. Very spacious bunks — longer than a KING and about as wide as a FULL … easily accommodates 2 kids or teens per bunk.

BATHROOM : private (no pass-through). Large shower with skylights (sky-light allows for tall man to stand comfortably). 6 indoor/shower towels provided. Medicine cabinet and vanity (hairdryer/ toilet paper provided).
NO feminine products down toilet (use trash can), camper safe toilet paper & wipes ONLY (rapidly dissolving).

Renters responsibility to assure campsite reservations coincide with HAPPY GLAMPER availability. NO refunds for reservation errors or COVID cancelations.
