Casa Blue is perfect spot for boating and beaching and family relaxation. This home is a one story brick ranch located in Masonboro about 5 minutes from the Intracoastal Waterway and just 10 minutes to Carolina Beach and about 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. There is a public access boat ramp about 10 minutes away at Trails end and another on the north end of Pleasure Island. Our home has a large driveway and a boat shed in the backyard so you can park your boat under shelter if you like.
This home has three bedrooms (one queen, one full, and two twin beds - sleeps six) and two bathrooms with adjoining walk in shower, a large open living room and dining area, an ample kitchen and a screened in back porch. There's also an outside shower for after beach wash offs and the home is conveniently located within walking distance of Monkey Junction shopping, dining and entertainment!
Located in Wilmington, this vacation home is by the sea. Cameron Art Museum and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Four Hounds Distilling and Good Hops Brewing. Tregembo Animal Park and Stanley Rehder Carnivorous Plant Garden are also worth visiting. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
