Private Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, bedside storage, and sliding privacy door.

Spacious Living Area: Large slide-out with dinette and 4 chairs and a sofa — that turns into a bed full size bed, sleeping up to 2 comfortably.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: 3-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator/freezer, deep sink, and ample counter space. Comes stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker.

Bathroom: Full bath with roomy shower, flushing toilet, vanity, and plenty of storage for towels and toiletries.

Entertainment: Flat-screen Smart TV, Bluetooth indoor/outdoor speakers, and HDMI hookups.

Climate Control: Efficient A/C and furnace for year-round comfort.

Outdoor Awning: Power awning with LED lighting — great for relaxing under the stars.

When we drop off the RV we will include full setup to include the following:
- Sewer line hookup if available at site (include education moment)
- Fresh water hookup if available at site
- outdoor rug and chairs setup
