Winter wonderland experience ice fishing and snow machining everywhere only minutes away. Summer access to hatchers pass for amazing views and gold panning opportunities.
The home is centrally located and is a good base camp in winter or summer. Especially if you want to do a day trip to Denali Park. Wasilla is 30min away and has all the shopping and dining experience you will ever need or want.
All my units are green initiative homes. Heating is provided by green biodiesel that i produce in my own biodiesel plant.
Advisory: The area is prone to power outages that could, in the extreme, last a day. I respond very quickly to the property in the event of an extended outage. Typical outages last 1-3hrs at the most. This is due to isolated location. Safety lighting and other devices are on site to deal with winter conditions.
