Restaurant Description
It is a pleasure to unveil a completely new concept to the area, "Wood Fired Cuisine". Our custom designed stone ovens and grill is constructed to operate without gas or electricity. Only wood and nothing but wood is used. This very simple cooking technique imparts natural flavors into the food making Mighty Joe’s a unique dining experience. The menu items marked with our Fire Grilled Logo designate the foods prepared in our wood fired stone ovens. Mighty Joe Young's now features wild game from "The Broken Arrow Ranch" Their free-ranging game are humanly harvested from the coastal plains of South Texas Full government inspection Totally natural meat, No hormones, No Antibiotics or Medications We specialize in parties small & large, please call our banquet department for all your catering needs.
