Our home is close to parks, art and culture, and many restaurants and dining options. You’ll love this little suburban sanctuary because of it's charming and colorful bohemian ambiance! Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Perfectly located between Denver and Boulder, Colorado.

Welcome! We have a passion for hospitality and it shows in all the special touches we've added to our home for our guests. This home has been a labor of love since we purchased it and are proud of how far it's come. You'll absolutely love staying in this quaint 1,100 sq ft home with a thoughtfully designed ambiance. Guests we have had the chance to entertain here have loved every part, from the comfy queen size beds to the fully stocked coffee bar waiting for your arrival! We are meticulous so the house is very clean and very well cared for. There are 3 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom all on the main level.

The entire main level of the home will be accessible to guests minus a closed off private basement. We pride ourselves in making our guests' stay as easy and convenient as possible. All kitchen equipment is available for use. We also provide fresh linens and towels, as well bars of soap, shampoo and conditioner, and even some extra toothbrushes in case one gets left at home :) Guests will have access to the driveway to park, as well as street parking directly in front of the house.

During your stay we will be available for any needs!

Our neighborhood is located in a quite suburb just 15-20 minutes from Denver and Boulder. The homes were built in the early 50's so there is plenty of charm to the house and neighborhood! We have spent many hours getting the home updated to a standard to be able to accommodate guests here! It's been quite the labor of love for us! There is enough space for two small cars in the driveway, as well as street parking available directly in front of the house.

Our home is less than 1 mile from the RTD station which gives you access to all serounding cities as well as Denver International Airport. The i36 highway is easily accessible from our home which gives you the option of either heading to Boulder or Denver to enjoy the day!

No smoking (any kind) is allowed in the house.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- No pets allowed without permission. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the "Add guests" tab in the search bar.

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees will apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21
