Dr. Kevin Kim was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. He moved to Fullerton, California when he was 12 years old. Dr. Kevin received Bachelor of Arts in Sports Sciences in 2013 from the University of the Pacific, Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 from California State University Long Beach, and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2016.
Growing up in a medical family and has been playing competitive soccer since 8 years old, Dr. Kevin always had a strong interest in the human body, human movement and function, and health. While volunteering for 2 years at a church organization during high school, where he worked with children and young adults with disabilities, Dr. Kevin realized that he really loves helping others and enjoys making a difference in someone?s life. He is very passionate about his career and has a strong desire to help people improve their quality of life by promoting the patient?s ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
During his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, playing sports (soccer, basketball, tennis, golf), weight training, traveling, and eating good food.
