Tiny, but fun.
It’s easy to tow. We use a Highlander Hybrid. Our average mileage so far has been 20 miles per gallon.
Perfect for outings from spring to fall. A weekend trip without full hookup is no problem.
Some spec's you find online claim it's a queen size bed, but we measure the sleeping area as only 57in wide and 70in long.
For towing you need
- a hitch with a 2in receiver, should allow for 300 lbs. tongue weight,
- a towing vehicle with a towing capacity of at least 3000lbs,
- IMPORTANT:
a standard 7-way round flat pin connector for the electrical connection. A "4-Way Flat to 7-Way Round Blade Trailer Adapter" (e.g. https://www.amazon.com/MICTUNING-Trailer-Adapter-Connector-Mounting/dp/B07WYXPWP5/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=4+pin+to+7+pin+adapter&qid=1660931045&sr=8-8) will not suffice.
- an electric brake controller for the trailer's brakes.
Optionally, we provide a wireless brake controller for a one time fee of $30.
NOTE:
For the wireless controller to function your trailer socket needs a 12V power supply that is always on. A 4-way connector does not have that. Even a 7-pin socket may not have that. Ideally your car's trailer connector also provides 12V to power the trailer while driving and keeping the refrigerator running without using the trailer's battery.
We'll provide an anti-sway bar for safe towing, and a tow bar for a 2 inch receiver with adapter to attach the anti-sway bar to.
