NOTE FOR WINTER CAMPING: We do rent year-round, BUT.... if temperatures are below freezing, you will not have full access to water in the RV. Pipes are not like your home and are not insulated. We will be required to put antifreeze in the lines if temperatures go below freezing. Please reach out for more details.
Welcome to your home on wheels, where comfort meets adventure! Our brand-new RV is designed to elevate your travel experience with top-of-the-line amenities and thoughtful features.
Since it is brand new, you will have little to no worry about breakdowns and waiting on the side of the road for tow trucks. You can expect all your amenities to work so you can focus on making family memories.
Spacious Living Area: Enjoy cozy evenings in the swivel captain's chairs, relax on the theater seat sofa with leg rest, or dine in the Dream Dinette, all while watching your favorite movies on the 39" LED Smart TV with a Roku unit and over 25 Nintendo classic games.
Kitchen Convenience: Prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, which features a double-door refrigerator, microwave oven, and large stainless steel sink. Also included are a waffle maker, a 4-cup coffee pot, and basic kitchen cooking utensils for most basic cooking needs.
Private Bedroom Oasis: Retreat to the rear bedroom, which features a luxurious king-size bed, a 32" LED Smart TV (with ROKU unit), a dresser, and a closet for ample storage. There are also many spots to plug in devices, including CPAP breathing machines.
Outdoor Entertainment and Convenience:
Outdoor Kitchen: Take your culinary skills outside with the convenient outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and a 1,000-watt inverter. You can add a gas grill with a quick connection to RV propane at check-out.
Entertainment Galore: Enjoy the outdoors with the exterior 32" TV on a swivel bracket, Bluetooth, built-in soundbar, and radio. 3rd Roku device included (use your sign-in)
Safety and Comfort Features:
Automatic Leveling Jacks: Set up camp effortlessly with touchpad controls (trust me, this is the best feature. Leveling an RV manually can drain you) and enjoy the convenience of the 8,000-lb. Trailer hitch (max towing 5000 lbs recommended)
Advanced Technology: Stay connected and entertained with the 10-inch touchscreen dash radio, which features Bluetooth, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Sirius/XM Radio.
Additional Amenities:
Climate Control: Dual 13,500 BTU roof air conditioners, a tankless water heater, and enclosed/heated holding tanks ensure comfort in any season. Heated tanks allow year-round use with a low risk of freezing water while on your trip.
Convenience Extras: Features like a 4000-watt gas generator, 100-watt solar panel, and wireless phone charger with USB plug add to your convenience on the road.

• No Smoking or Vaping. $500 mandatory cleaning fee. Feel free to smoke outside
• No climbing on the roof. It is unsafe, and there is a lot of expensive stuff that can break, which you will be responsible for. Please and Thanks
• Please return with the sewer and water tanks empty otherwise, you will be subject to a tank cleaning fee. We don't want to clean your waste. $200
• Please pull in the awning when you are not on-site, sleeping overnight, or the wind is over 10 MPH. If you hear it flapping or there is heavy rain, do break easily, and you will be responsible
We recommend turning off the water source when not on site as well to prevent flooding

• ● Return Policy
Please return the RV by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the agreed return date. A late fee of $35 per hour applies for returns after noon. If the RV is not returned by 5:00 p.m., we will be unable to accept it back that day. An additional night's rental fee will be charged, and the RV must be returned the next business day. We need daylight to take pictures, and time to clean and store them for the next trip.
