This warm and cozy Mountain Brook townhouse has just the right combination of charm with all of the conveniences of home. Located right in the heart of Waterville Valley, it is situated on a safe, quiet, private street overlooking a X-C ski trail and a brook. Park your car and forget it! Conveniently located, it is just a few minutes walk to the Town Square with its shops and dining, the White Mountain Athletic Club and the Town Recreation Department. There is also a free shuttle around the town and to the ski mountain.

The condo has 2 bedrooms and a loft. It can sleep 4 - 6 people, with a maximum of 4 adults. There are 2 full baths. All bed linens - sheets, pillow cases, pillows, blankets and mattress pads supplied. There is a large (lockable) ski closet right outside the condo.

Main Level - There is a bedroom with a double bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The living room has a fireplace, a skylight and lots of windows, since this is an end unit. There is an HD Smart TV with a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room table can seat 6 people. In the warmer months, enjoy the deck overlooking a babbling brook.

Second Level - The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own sink. There is a stacked washer/dryer combination. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Loft - Perfect for children. There is a built-in twin bed and one folding beds. Nice skylight, too. There is also a smart tv with netflix.

This is a beautiful, safe resort. Relax and enjoy your stay - there's no traffic to worry about!

Our guests have access to the White Mountain Athletic Center for a nominal guest fee. It has an indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms, weights, cardio equipment, a game room, pro shop and a restaurant.

Activities and Attractions - So much to do!

-There is great downhill skiing at Waterville Valley Ski Area at Mt. Tecumseh. A free shuttle bus to the ski lifts stops right at the end of our street.
-There is a XC ski trail right behind the condo that connects to the Cross Country Ski Center in the Town Square and the entire network of trails. There are also dedicated snowshoeing and fat biking trails.
-The indoor Ice Arena is adjacent to the Town Square. There are public skating sessions and even pick up hockey games. Rental skates are available. Check the schedule for times.
-The Town Recreation Department runs many activities, especially for families with kids. A schedule is available.
