There is plenty of space and privacy for multiple friends and family to take in all the Valley has to offer together.
In the spring of 2023, we updated our main living space. You will now experience beautiful new floors in the entryway, dining room, living room and kitchen. We've updated our dining furniture and added a giant sectional in the living room to enhance your experience! Within the past year we have updated the living room TV, fridge and dishwasher. Enjoy! :)
For the summer months, we have provided a portable air conditioning unit and fan in each bedroom for your comfort!
There are 2 Master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one on the main living level and one upstairs). The third room (on the main living level) is a bunk room featuring twin beds with a pullout floor mattress.
The condo has an open concept kitchen with bar seating and everything necessary to satisfy your cooking needs.
On the second floor there is a loft with a full size daybed. Also on the second floor is an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. There's private Wifi throughout the condo and 3 TV's (one in each master bedroom, and one in the living room) all with Fire TV Sticks included.
There are two parking spots available in front.
Conveniently located just steps from the first and last stop on the shuttle to the base of the ski mountain and around Waterville Valley.
This condo is walking distance to Town Square shops, restaurants, and a small grocery store.
You can also have access to the White Mountain Athletic Club for a nominal fee.
There is a keypad for the front door so you will never get locked out or need to find your key!
We will always be available by phone if needed, but we will give you the space and privacy during your stay.
