Hiker, swimmer, or mountain biker, you'll find much to love about this cozy, inviting home near the heart of Waterville Valley. With a stop for the free shuttle bus and the open-air trolley a few steps away, all of Waterville Valley Resort is at your fingertips.

This three-story home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with gorgeous views of the surrounding White Mountains. It's the perfect place to leave your car behind, as you can easily stroll to the Waterville Valley Recreation Center (offering a gym, pickleball courts, and a climbing wall for a daily fee), the White Mountain Athletic Center (with pools, saunas, tennis courts, and a gym for a daily fee), the Town Beach at Corcoran Pond, and the Town Square. If you don't feel like walking, hop on the trolley to the Town Square or take the shuttle to the base of the mountain just over two miles north.

After a beautiful day spent hiking or mountain biking (using the two adult-size bikes provided), come home to relax outside on the deck. Sit down with a good book in an Adirondack chair or get the gas grill going for a barbecue in the fresh mountain air.

Evenings are best spent watching movies (on DVD, VHS, or streaming), playing board games, and listening to records as you prepare dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional features of the house include two full bathrooms to pair with the two bedrooms, a private washer/dryer for all your laundry needs, window AC, and complimentary WiFi throughout.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Waterville Valley, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. Waterville Valley Golf Course and Waterville Valley Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore White Mountain National Forest and Greeley Pond. Waterville Valley Ice Arena and Sandwich Creamery are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
