Dr. Washburn began working at Vca New London Animal Hospital in June of 2007 after graduating from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her clinical rotation and Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. Previously, Dr. Washburn achieved her undergraduate degree at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY and a Masters degree at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond VA.
