Ivy Creek Therapy is a group private practice providing evidence-based psychotherapy services in person in Contra Costa County and via telehealth throughout California. We work with adults and teens, with specialties in anxiety, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and perinatal mental health. Our clinicians use established approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. We also offer DBT skills groups for teens focused on emotional regulation, coping tools, goal setting, confidence, resilience, and navigating school and social stressors.
