Wonderful, luxurious and elegant slopeside villa in Vermont's charming Mad River Valley. This is a spacious and well appointed ski house. The home offers fine finishes throughout, as the attention to detail in the decorating looks like it has been lifted from the pages of a magazine. This home boasts a stone fireplace, granite countertops, chef's kitchen, hot tub, garage and incredibly comfortable sleeping arrangements.

The house is located in an incredible, private and discreet slopeside location. It is just a short walk or ski to the lifts at Sugarbush Resort's Mt. Ellen Peak. Skiing, hiking, biking, nature walks and mountain adventures are readily available from this property.

Access will be granted via a user guide. Instructions to access the property will be included.

This space is curated for an exceptional experience. Your hosts are able to coordinate anything that you might need during your stay. Our management company offers everything from paddle board rentals to in-home grocery delivery.

A vehicle is necessary, front or all wheel drive is strongly recommended in the winter months. Please be very careful in the driveway of this facility.

The hot tub is drained for the summer (June through October 15th), but may be filled with prior arrangement for a $200 service fee. PLEASE CONTACT US ahead of your stay if you would like to use the hot tub during these months.

We have Pack N Plays and highchairs available upon request. Please reserve ahead of time so that we may get them to your property in time for your stay.

LEFT AND/OR STOLEN ITEMS – Downstream Enterprises is not responsible for any personal item(s) left in the home or any personal item(s) that are stolen during a tenants stay. If Downstream is able to recover any personal items left in the home, the guest may choose to have Downstream Enterprises ship the item(s) to the guest for a $50 fee.

DAMAGE WAIVER: For stays of 28 days or less-the total cost of your reservation for this property includes an accidental damage protection fee, plus tax. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $10,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. Safely is the name of the insurance carrier and you will receive a screening email from them asking for your name, phone number, age, email and a copy of your ID. This email is valid and is required.
