Brooke graduated from SUNY Stonybrook with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy; after receiving her undergraduate Bachelor?s degree from the University of Florida, in Exercise Science. Prior to joining Select Physical Therapy, Brooke was working with patients in private outpatient orthopedic settings in Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York City.
In 2007, Brooke achieved the distinguished recognition of Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She also holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Brooke has enhanced her practice with numerous continuing education courses and techniques including: The McKenzie Method, Kinesio taping, The Institute of Physical Art, and became a certified Graston Technique practitioner in 2012. Brooke specializes in orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy and functional training. She enjoys treating all injuries but is especially interested in low back pain, post-op rehabilitation, soft tissue dysfunction, and knee pain.
