Sarah received her bachelors in athletic training from the University of Georgia, where she gained extensive experience working in a Division I athletic training room. She then received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Augusta University. While at Augusta University, she completed an internship with the University of Georgia football team. After receiving her DPT, she went on to complete a sports physical therapy residency through Duke University. She was able to be involved in several research projects surrounding concussion management as well as blood flow restriction training. Sarah served as a team physical therapist and athletic trainer for Team USA at the 2017 World University Games in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Sarah's interests include general sports medicine, concussion management, ACL prevention, and the utility of blood flow restriction training in a rehab setting.
